At J.S. Cole Company, we pride ourselves on being a leader in the heavy equipment rental industry by providing excellent customer service and the newest in Tier-compliant Caterpillar tractors. Our company was founded in 1985 in the construction sites of Northern California. Over the years, we have diversified our rental and sales operation. We provide Caterpillar equipment to the construction, mining and waste management industries on a daily, weekly, and monthly billing basis throughout the western U.S. In 2004, J.S. Cole Co. started a modernization program for our equipment fleet. By 2007, we completely turned over our entire fleet. JS Cole has now positioned itself to be at the forefront of a market place that puts more emphasis on greater productivity, limited down time, higher fuel efficiency, and cleaner emissions. We developed and maintain a rental fleet that isn't dependent on a workforce of full-time mechanics but relies on routine maintenance and Caterpillar's renowned reliability. Over 80% of our machines are 3 years old or newer. J.S. Cole Co. is built on a foundation of experienced team members. It is this team that sets J.S. Cole apart from its competition; we have the people who know the industry. New Caterpillar inventory sets us apart but it's our people who make the difference. We have come a long way in our nearly 25 years of existence and there are many more opportunities ahead of us.
