The Air Resources Board (ARB) is developing a control measure to reduce diesel particulate matter (PM) emissions from in-use (existing) off-road mobile equipment in California. Such equipment is used in construction, mining, and industrial operations. The measure will not cover equipment used in agricultural operations or already covered by another measure or agreement.
